Were you very active before your pregnancy, but you don't know how to adapt your sports routine to your pregnancy? Or were you not active but are you looking for an accessible way to get moving? In this pilates class, the focus is on strengthening the parts of the body that are very important during pregnancy. You don't need to have pilates experience to take part in this class.
The lesson is a mix of a good burn in various muscle groups, making you feel stronger. In Pilates, you support all exercises with your breathing. Here you will find your strength. After this lesson, you will feel that your muscles are engaged without being completely tired. Your muscles will lengthen and will be stronger, you'll walk out after the 'taller & stronger' class.
The pregnancy pilates classes take place in our studio in the center of Rotterdam at Nieuwe Binnenweg 191b. You can arrive in your sportswear, and everything else you need is in the studio.
