Complaints & Dissatisfaction

We do our best to guide you according to your wishes and satisfaction. By reflecting on situations experienced on a weekly basis, we will continue to develop ourselves in this regard. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with the care you have received in your situation. We would like to invite you to discuss this with us. Feedback can only help us grow as midwives!

You can indicate that you are dissatisfied with something; during our checks, by phone or email.

After this conversation, do you notice that your complaint has not been resolved yet, or do you like an independent person to look at your situation? Then you can submit your complaint to the complaints committee.
