Post partum

We see that women are mainly preparing for childbirth. This is seen as the time for everything to return to “normal”, but this is when your new life is about to begin.

Everything about your maternity period

Prepare for your maternity period

The maternity period starts from the moment you give birth to your child, up to 6 weeks after birth. It is a transition period to living as a family or expanding your family. That's why we also call it the “4th trimester” because you can still see it as part of your pregnancy.

Comfortable during your maternity period

We believe in creating a supportive and healing experience for new mothers. In this postpartum yoni package, our in-house doula, Amber, offers a combination of yoni steaming and acupressure massage with warm herbal stamps to give your body a soft landing in this special phase of motherhood.

Workshops & weekly group lessons

We recommend waiting 6 weeks before exercising after a vaginal delivery and 8 weeks after a cesarean section. This is a minimum, if you notice that you need longer, this is completely fine.
Sign up for a weekly group lesson or take your baby to a workshop.
Thanks to the range of group lessons, I was able to switch between yoga, pilates or power mom myself at every stage of my recovery. Exactly what I needed at that time, highly recommended!
